Lipton Ice Tea
Nutrition and ingredients come from Lipton Ice Tea's own market sites and from PepsiCo Product Facts for the United States. PepsiCo publishes caffeine per bottle in the US but not in Europe, so European figures are estimated from the tea-extract percentage on the label, scaled against the published US figures.
Fuze Tea
Nutrition and ingredients come from Coca-Cola's own country sites for Fuze Tea. Coca-Cola does not publish caffeine content for Fuze Tea in Europe, so the figures here are estimated from the tea content on the label against published figures for comparable ready-to-drink teas.
Rockstar Energy
Caffeine figures come from Rockstar's own market sites and from on-pack declarations, which EU and UK law requires for drinks above 150 mg per litre, and from PepsiCo Product Facts for the United States. European cans run 31-32 mg per 100 ml, except the Punched and XDurance lines at 40 mg. The US recipe is stronger and is modelled separately.
Dunkin' US
Dunkin' publishes caffeine content per drink and cup size in its US menu nutrition information, and states that the figures are approximate values based on its standard brewing and steeping procedures and limited analytical data. Where Dunkin' publishes no figure โ its matcha drinks and Nitro Cold Brew โ the value shown is an estimate and the drink carries a notice saying so.
Celsius
Celsius prints caffeine on every can and stick pack, so these figures are label values rather than estimates. The standard can is 355 ml at 56 mg per 100 ml (200 mg) in every market, including Europe; Essentials is 473 ml at 270 mg and Heat 473 ml at 300 mg. Celsius rotates flavours often, so a name here may have left shelves.
Alani Nu
Alani Nu prints caffeine on every can, bottle and tub, so these figures are label values rather than estimates. Every 355 ml energy can is 200 mg regardless of flavour; the Protein Coffee is 100 mg and the Energy Elixir 65 mg. Alani Nu runs a heavy limited-edition programme, so seasonal flavours come and go.
Greggs
Greggs publishes portion sizes and full nutrition for every drink but does not measure caffeine. When Which? asked in 2026, Greggs supplied indicative figures from its coffee supplier โas a guide rather than an exact measureโ. Every caffeine figure here is therefore an estimate, built from the Which? published values and Greggs' own cup sizes. Cup volumes and calories are Greggs' own published figures.
NOCCO
NOCCO prints caffeine on every can, so these are label values rather than estimates. The Nordic can is 330 ml at 180 mg across the BCAA, Focus and Electrolyte ranges; PWO is 250 ml at 200 mg. NOCCO states caffeine varies by market and can size (80-200 mg), so cans bought outside the Nordics may differ. The BCAA+ range is caffeine-free and is not in the catalog.
Battery (Sinebrychoff)
Sinebrychoff labels Battery at 32 mg of caffeine per 100 ml, so these are label values. Sinebrychoff advises no more than three 330 ml cans or two 500 ml bottles a day.
ED (Hartwall)
Hartwall labels standard ED at 32 mg of caffeine per 100 ml and the Extra Caffeine variants at 40 mg per 100 ml. Label values, not estimates. The older ED Double Caffeine has been discontinued.
TEHO (Olvi)
Olvi labels TEHO at 32 mg of caffeine per 100 ml.
Cult Energy
Cult labels its energy drinks at 32 mg of caffeine per 100 ml โ 100-105 mg in a 330 ml can and 160 mg in a 500 ml bottle.
Vitamin Well
Vitamin Well states that only a few of its flavours contain caffeine - Awake, Focus and React - at 15 mg per 100 ml, about one cup of coffee per bottle. Label values, not estimates. The rest of the range is caffeine-free and is not in the catalog.
Barebells
Barebells prints caffeine on its coffee-flavoured protein milkshakes - 50 mg for Cappuccino and 100 mg for Caffe Latte. Label values. The rest of the milkshake and bar range is caffeine-free. Caffe Caramello is a coffee flavour with no published caffeine figure and is deliberately absent.
